* Replace "yourdomainname" with
your
domain name.
Tools->Accounts...
Select the
"Add->Mail"
tab on the right
Display Name:
can be anything (Joe Realtor)
select
Next>
Email address:
username@yourdomainname.com
select
Next>
Incoming Mail Server:
mail.yourdomainname.com
Outgoing Mail Server:
mail.yourdomainname.com
select
Next>
Account Name:
username@yourdomainname.com
(replace username with your username)
Password:
password (replace with password)
select
Finish>
Since the server requires "Authentication" you need to modify the account you just created:
Tools->Accounts
select the account you just set up
Select the "
Servers
" tab
Check the
"My Server Requires Authentication"
checkbox.
Close
